What you will do

• Facilitate and coordinate agile development processes within the company.
• Guide and coach the team on agile principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must reside in, or be open to relocating to Las Vegas, NV.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Former technical experience as a developer, systems analyst, or engineer.
• Strong knowledge of agile principles and practices.
• Experience with Jira.
