Salary: $259,200 – $312,400

What you will do

• Build, coach, and grow the TPM function within the Data organization.
• Partner with engineering leadership to plan and execute the data roadmap.
• Drive flagship programs for the data platform, pipelines, and labelling/annotation processes.
• Establish scalable operational practices, including KPIs, governance, and operational reviews.
• Align cross-functionally across ML, engineering, and external data suppliers to manage risks and dependencies.
• Link data investment to measurable outcomes such as quality, throughput, and time-to-insight.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering data programs as a technical program manager.
• Proven track record in people leadership and coaching high-performing teams.
• Technical expertise in distributed data platforms at Petabyte scale and Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs).
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, GPUs, and training of 500M-20B parameter models.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Flyte, Ray, Kubernetes, Azure, Docker, and Python.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or other large-scale ML programs.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree.
• Fluency with modern delivery tooling, specifically Jira.
