What you will do

• Manage multi-year software roadmaps across silicon, firmware, and runtime teams.
• Define success metrics and work breakdown structures while ensuring robust risk management.
• Drive shift-left strategies to de-risk bring-up and accelerate development cycles.
• Coordinate vendor software integrations including PCIe, D2D, and Ethernet.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD and testing frameworks for complex hardware-software stacks.
• Communicate progress and technical tradeoffs to executive stakeholders and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or chip-level engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-chip or chiplet systems.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Deep understanding of heterogeneous compute architectures and hardware-software codesign.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale engineering programs and external vendor relationships.
• Expertise in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
