Salary: $80,000 – $89,648 per year (based on $38.46 - $43.10 hourly)

What you will do
- Manage the full renewal cycle, engaging customers 90–120 days in advance to navigate terms and secure commitments.
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to drive cross-functional consensus.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities to maximize account value.
- Maintain accurate renewal data and churn risk forecasts within Salesforce.
- Negotiate complex contract terms with enterprise customers while ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management.
- Pro-level proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience navigating procurement hurdles and influencing decision-makers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with shifting priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
