What you will do

• Lead and manage backend and frontend engineers, ensuring predictable delivery and high collaboration.
• Serve as the primary interface between Product and Engineering teams.
• Transform product requirements into a technical roadmap and own it end-to-end.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable features for AI verticals (Pharma, Finance, Healthcare).
• Balance velocity, depth, and quality to make practical technical decisions.
• Contribute across the stack to develop features, fix bugs, and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and resolving conflicts.
• Experience building and maintaining production-ready AI-first applications.
• Strong coding skills with comfort working across the full stack.
• Experience deploying cloud-based and on-prem applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office 4 days a week.
