Senior AI Platform Engineer (Agentic Systems): Building the technical foundation for scaling agentic systems across software development with an accent on orchestration, evaluation, security, and reliability. What you will do
- Design and develop 's agentic development platform, including orchestration layers, platform integrations, feedback loops, escalation paths, CLI, and onboarding.
- Own platform components from design and implementation through reliability and continuous improvement.
- Define workflows, quality standards, and ownership models for agents that write, test, review, and support code.
- Build safe human-in-the-loop workflows and trust infrastructure for observable, secure, reversible, and reliable production systems.
- Work with Staff Engineers and the Platform team across AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure, and networking foundations.
- Communicate technical direction and help engineering teams adopt platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Production experience building and operating reliable agentic software systems.
- Experience creating evaluation pipelines for non-deterministic systems, including LLM-as-judge evaluations, regression suites, or golden datasets.
- Strong infrastructure knowledge across Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and platform networking.
- Strong software engineering skills in TypeScript with the ability to own and operate services end-to-end.
- Security mindset covering agent permissions, least-privilege design, and blast-radius awareness.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol, evaluation frameworks, or AWS Bedrock.
