Applied AI Architect, Partnerships

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid policy requires staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office attendance.

What you will do

• Act as a technical thought partner to the partnerships and go-to-market teams, supporting strategic programs and partner capability development.
• Work with global and regional system integrators and cloud partners, including AWS and GCP, to enable AI practices and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify high-value industry-specific GenAI applications and develop joint solutions, reference architectures, and deployment best practices.
• Support strategic customer deals with solution architecture guidance and deep technical expertise.
• Represent Anthropic at partner workshops, cloud summits, conferences, developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
• Gather partner feedback on products, use cases, and deployment patterns to inform product roadmaps and partner strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience partnering with global system integrators and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery.
• Strong presentation, technical communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, including communication with executives, engineering teams, and IT teams.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating them with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and/or relevant professional experience.
