What you will do
- Proactively identify, engage, and secure new customers through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting.
- Consult with prospective clients to assess calibration requirements and position service solutions.
- Create and present tailored proposals based on equipment and service delivery needs.
- Negotiate terms and secure agreements to maximize value and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
- Qualify and convert inbound marketing leads into new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Must reside in: TX (Austin or Dallas), Denver, CO, or Phoenix, AZ
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Knowledge of the industry, competitor offerings, and client needs.

- Experience in the eT&M industry.
- Advanced analytical skills for market trend identification.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
