What you will do

• Plan and oversee the implementation of multiple parallel projects, ensuring they remain on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and utilizing the strengths of individual members.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while communicating status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct post-project reviews to certify that success criteria and business objectives have been met.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate to achieve consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a project management role delivering business and IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application development environments.
• Proven ability to manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency with project planning software such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
• University degree required; PMP or Agile/SCRUM certification is highly preferred.

• Experience implementing Life Insurance products and IT systems.
• MBA degree.
