Salary: $81,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Plan and oversee the implementation of multiple parallel projects, ensuring they remain on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and utilizing the strengths of individual members.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while communicating status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to certify that success criteria and business objectives have been met.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate to achieve consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management role delivering business and IT projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application development environments.
- Proven ability to manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency with project planning software such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
- University degree required; PMP or Agile/SCRUM certification is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing Life Insurance products and IT systems.
- MBA degree.
