Project Manager (Fintech): Supporting a multi-year enterprise automation initiative by planning and executing cross-functional projects with an accent on Agile delivery and stakeholder management. Focus on driving scalability, innovation, and continuous improvement of clearing and custody services within the Canadian marketplace.
Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. Role is based in Toronto (moving to Mississauga in late 2026) with flexible hybrid/remote options.
Salary: $105,000–$155,000 (Base salary plus target bonus).

What you will do
- Strategize delivery approaches with business stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and execute project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Perform Scrum Master responsibilities for distributed Agile delivery teams.
- Manage project resources, progress tracking, and financials.
- Oversee business readiness planning, deployment, and transition to operations.
- Present project status to senior management and C-level executives.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Completed post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the financial industry.
- Experience managing process automation initiatives.
- Working experience within an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Agile/SAFe/Scrum Master Certification.
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
- Domain experience with book of record and operations.
