Project Manager FCC (Financial Services)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street in Toronto, moving to 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $105,000–$155,000 CAD total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target performance bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and execute cross-functional initiatives supporting a multi-year enterprise automation program.
• Define delivery approaches, milestones, deliverables, timelines, resources, and project financials with stakeholders and leadership.
• Perform day-to-day Scrum Master responsibilities for distributed Agile delivery teams and champion Agile values.
• Lead business readiness, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Manage project risks throughout the lifecycle and coordinate multiple external vendors integrating with internal processes and technologies.
• Present project progress and outcomes to senior management, C-level executives, and clients.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in the financial industry, preferably in Capital Markets.
• Experience managing process automation initiatives and working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean frameworks, including facilitation of planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrix environment, with strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Domain experience with book of record and operations.
