Agile Delivery Lead (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; onsite at the Toronto Hub

Salary: CAD 100,500–150,500 annually, including target bonus

What you will do

• Lead Scrum teams using servant leadership, empowering members to self-organize and take ownership.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and other relevant agile practices.
• Remove impediments, improve team flow, and drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste.
• Coordinate communication across Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders.
• Develop agile training and workshops, establish visual management systems, and use data analytics to improve delivery of commercial data products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification from Scrum.org or another recognized accreditation.
• At least four years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, plus experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using AI tools such as Rovo, Claude, or Cursor in Scrum execution.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, critical-thinking, and Lean implementation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data, including sales data, market access, patient analytics, and HCP engagement data.
• Experience with Data Mesh, data analytics, data science, or business intelligence projects.
• Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen events, A3 problem solving, or similar Lean techniques.
