What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, and Slack.
• Develop custom solutions using Google Apps Script and no-code platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Build integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to automate analysis and document processing.
• Create technical documentation and SOPs to support organizational adoption.

Requirements

• Must be located in Latin America
• 5+ years of experience in business process automation or systems integration.
• Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script and advanced Google Workspace tools.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Advanced English proficiency required
• Ability to deliver MVPs quickly and manage stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, SP-API, or Amazon Ads API.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Background in e-commerce or operations-heavy environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT.
