What you will do

• Partner with B2B clients to create and execute CRM strategies that support long-term business growth.
• Configure and tailor HubSpot CRM to meet complex requirements, ensuring scalable setups and seamless integrations.
• Manage CRM databases to ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
• Analyze lifecycle and customer interaction data to provide strategic recommendations and optimizations.
• Design and manage advanced workflow automations within HubSpot to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Conduct client training sessions on HubSpot CRM and provide ongoing optimization support.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in CRM with a strong B2B focus.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM features, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex CRM projects from planning through to execution.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with high standards for service quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Strong aptitude for identifying system challenges and devising effective technical solutions.
