Location: Hybrid: Must be based in France or Spain (offices in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Biarritz, Nantes, Annecy, Madrid, or Barcelona)

What you will do
- Define and execute the lead generation strategy and roadmap, translating GTM needs into concrete initiatives.
- Co-own the leadgen datalake in Snowflake, managing data definitions, formatting rules, and deduplication logic.
- Implement and manage the prospection tech stack using SQL, low-code tools, and AI to ensure scalability.
- Coordinate outbound campaigns and sequence maintenance in Outreach and Lemlist to enable Sales teams.
- Build dashboards to track funnel conversion rates, latency, and sequence performance.
- Establish a structured feedback loop with Sales Leads to identify bottlenecks and propose experiments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation, Growth Ops, or Sales Ops within a B2B tech environment.
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Solid SQL skills for querying, joining, and building reliable segmentation logic.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt optimization, and integrating AI into workflows/automations.
- Expertise in low-code automation (e.g., Zapier) and strong Salesforce administration fundamentals.
- Proficiency with outbound tools such as Outreach or Lemlist.
