What you will do

• Shadow account management teams to map internal workflows and identify operational pain points.
• Observe and document day-to-day activities to find manual processes and inefficiencies ripe for automation.
• Translate ambiguous, non-technical business needs into clear, structured, and deterministic requirements.
• Develop detailed specifications and documentation to support internal tooling and automation initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment on intended outcomes and user needs.
• Contribute to prioritization by building business cases and outlining the impact of automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous processes into clear, repeatable workflows.
• Strong deterministic thinking, logic, and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting processes and requirements.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA.
