TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $103,200 - $273,700 /Yr

What you will do

  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on complex people-related matters.
  • Partner with leaders on team development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Advise on U.S.-specific employment laws, investigations, and remediation processes.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to implement talent and D&I initiatives.
  • Analyze people metrics to inform business strategy and proactively address organizational issues.
  • Manage People Team tickets and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR or business programs (or 6+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
  • 3+ years of dedicated Employee Relations experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with U.S. employment and labor laws.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multinational environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with change management and organizational assessment.
  • SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification.
