Senior Accountant

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote/Hybrid options available).

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead revenue and account reconciliations for assigned divisional groups.
• Prepare and calculate monthly revenue journal entries and accruals with supporting documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all month-end closing deliverables.
• Prepare divisional financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial results and articulate root causes of significant variances to management.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to support audits and supplemental reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• 3–4 years of General Ledger accounting experience in Retail, Insurance, or Hospitality.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and ability to research accounting issues.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and/or Access Database.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Great Plains, Oracle, or SAP.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Velixo, OneStream, or OBIEE.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
