TL;DR

Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (Finance): Providing forward-looking financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and alignment with company goals with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional partnership. Focus on optimizing data models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing reports for executive management and the Board of Directors.

Location: Must be based in the United States (New York, NY)

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000

What you will do

  • Lead the annual operating budget and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Partner with Marketing and G&A teams to analyze business drivers and ensure accountability.
  • Prepare internal financial reports and presentations for the CFO, executive team, and Board of Directors.
  • Support the monthly close process and perform month-end variance analysis.
  • Develop and optimize internal data models, dashboards, and Power BI analyses.
  • Manage complex ad hoc reporting projects with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a publicly traded company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI with strong data query skills.
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
