What you will do

• Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with GAAP.
• Calculate, monitor, and adjust cost accruals and service revenue.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and validate service revenue/cost reports.
• Partner with operations teams to resolve billing and invoicing issues.
• Drive process improvements and assist with external audit requests.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
