What you will do
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns to book meetings with Talent Acquisition and Security Leaders.
- Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive them through the entire sales cycle.
- Conduct product demos and technical discovery calls with security teams.
- Work directly with customers to gather feedback and ensure successful implementation.
- Develop sales messaging, positioning, and collateral that resonates with buyers.
- Collaborate with founders to refine GTM strategy and identify new growth channels.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or previous founder experience.
- Proven ability to take initiative and build massive pipeline in an early-stage environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in plain language.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage a large prospect list independently.
- High motivation to win and experience working in fast-paced startup settings.
