Location: Must be based in or able to work from Prague (Czechia) or Warsaw (Poland), with remote or hybrid options available.

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to advise on performance, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Lead workforce planning and hiring strategy to support business growth goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.
  • Design and maintain grading frameworks, career paths, and compensation structures.
  • Optimize HR processes and automation to increase operational efficiency.
  • Strengthen company culture, engagement, and manager effectiveness through data-driven coaching.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in an HRBP role.
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence people-related decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with performance management and employee development cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with HR metrics and data.
  • English level: B2+ required for cross-functional communication.
  • Structured thinking and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
