Arival Bank is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and scale its global HR function. This is a strategic leadership role supporting an international organization operating across the US, Europe, and LATAM, with responsibility for building scalable HR processes, advising senior leadership, and driving organizational growth.

What you’ll be doing:
— Develop and execute the company’s global HR strategy aligned with business objectives
— Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
— Build and manage performance management frameworks, KPIs, and employee development programs
— Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, retention, promotions, and offboarding
— Establish scalable HR policies and processes across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance
— Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen company culture across distributed teams
— Deliver HR reporting and people analytics to support business decisions
— Manage and develop the HR team while driving operational excellence

What they’re looking for:
— 7+ years of HR experience, including leadership in international organizations
— Experience managing HR across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, Europe, and LATAM
— Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, compliance, and people analytics
— Experience implementing performance management systems and KPI frameworks
— Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
— Fluent English; Russian is considered a strong advantage
— Previous experience in fintech, technology, or other fast-growing international companies is preferred
