What you will do

• Partner with managers on team dynamics, coaching, and employee relations.
• Own core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance.
• Implement workflow automations and AI tools to improve People function efficiency.
• Manage performance cycles, including setup, tracking, and manager enablement.
• Build and maintain people dashboards to provide actionable insights from data.
• Support recruiting efforts with coordination and candidate experience as needed.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in HRBP or People Ops roles.
• Strong understanding of employment law and employee relations fundamentals.
• Proven experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in HR systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into HR workflows.
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on scalable documentation.

Nice to have

• Background in gaming, social platforms, or VR/AR industries.
