What you will do
- Plan and execute regional field programs including executive dinners, conferences, and roadshows.
- Partner with SDR leaders to maximize meeting conversion through pre- and post-event sequences.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue sourcing to on-site execution.
- Own CPO targets and report performance metrics in structured post-event reviews.
- Collaborate with digital, brand, and design teams to integrate field programs into broader campaigns.
- Ensure all field activity is accurately tracked in Salesforce with consistent campaign attribution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 3-5 years of B2B field marketing experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven ability to own field programs from concept to post-event reporting with clear pipeline outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
- Experience partnering directly with sales and SDR teams on lead handoff and sequences.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Pardot.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for event execution and customer programs.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting ABM field programs with account-specific activations.
- Deep understanding of the CISO buyer and enterprise security sales cycle.
- Track record of running executive dinner or roundtable programs.
