What you will do

• Set timelines and goals for large-scale autonomous vehicle development programs.
• Manage program deliverables from product definition through launch phases.
• Identify and resolve cross-departmental dependencies to ensure alignment.
• Own financial health, including budget baselines, cost forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Anticipate risks and execute mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Present progress reports and solutions to leadership and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Product Development.
• 7-10 years of experience in program management for complex products.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for process-oriented solutions.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with ADAS or vehicle control products.
