What you will do

• Manage feature requests and document business requirements for OEM initiatives.
• Coordinate national product launches, including pilot planning and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program success metrics and account performance.
• Partner with delivery and account teams to maintain release notes, training materials, and integration documentation.
• Lead weekly cross-departmental status calls and manage stakeholder meeting schedules.
• Support OEM escalations and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in external client management.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience writing functional requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
