What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations, relationships, and stakeholder coordination for the CrowdStrike Racing Team.
• Drive the execution of content and communications across the season in alignment with race moments.
• Design and deliver premium VIP guest programs, including paddock access, pit tours, and curated itineraries.
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination for U.S. and selected international races.
• Track and report on program performance through detailed post-event recaps and insights.
• Ensure all activities meet contractual, financial, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing operations, or program management within sport or entertainment.
• Proven experience delivering complex, high-touch events and premium hospitality programs.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Comfortable with frequent travel (20–30%), including race weekends and international travel.

• Experience working with racing teams or rights holders such as WEC, IMSA, or SRO.
• Background in international event delivery, logistics, and cross-border compliance.
• Understanding of sponsorship measurement and performance frameworks.
