Salary: $110,000–$155,000 Annually

What you will do

• Ensure program compliance with contract requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between supply chain, engineering, and operations.
• Develop and monitor program plans, schedules, and cost performance.
• Manage program risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicate program status to customers and internal leadership.
• Support business capture campaigns and proposal development to expand the book of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• Minimum of seven years of professional experience, with at least three years in program management.
• Experience with mechanical hardware, electronics, and transition to production.
• Must be able to access U.S. CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information).
• Must be able to obtain U.S. Government security clearance if required.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and customer-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
