Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Warren, Michigan (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end creation and planning of accessory portfolios for assigned vehicle programs.
- Define portfolio direction by integrating customer needs, market requirements, and regional inputs.
- Manage business cases for accessory initiatives to ensure financial performance and return on investment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance to align on scope and timing.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and cost implications of proposed accessories with Engineering and Design partners.
- Drive process improvements and operating cadence within the Accessories organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in automotive or related business functions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Must be able to report to the Warren, MI office at least 3 times per week.
- Must possess a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle daily.
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial evaluation and cross-functional leadership.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in program management, aftersales, or vehicle personalization strategy.
- Familiarity with global matrixed organizations.
