What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end creation and planning of accessory portfolios for assigned vehicle programs.
• Define portfolio direction by integrating customer needs, market requirements, and regional inputs.
• Manage business cases for accessory initiatives to ensure financial performance and return on investment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance to align on scope and timing.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and cost implications of proposed accessories with Engineering and Design partners.
• Drive process improvements and operating cadence within the Accessories organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in automotive or related business functions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Must be able to report to the Warren, MI office at least 3 times per week.
• Must possess a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle daily.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial evaluation and cross-functional leadership.

• Experience in program management, aftersales, or vehicle personalization strategy.
