What you will do

• Mentor and oversee the performance of instructors, examiners, and coaches to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Coordinate and analyze audits and performance reviews to maintain regulatory compliance and instructional consistency.
• Implement and harmonize global standardization policies across local training environments.
• Deliver instructor training sessions and support the development of courseware materials.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to local instructors to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Facilitate communication and governance between local teams and the Global Head of Standards.

Requirements

• Must hold or have held an ICAO ATPL or CPL license.
• Must hold or have held an FAA instructor certificate or a Part FCL instructor certificate issued by an EASA member state.
• Minimum of three years of experience delivering or managing instructor training at an ATO or AOC.
• Extensive experience in training MPA pilots and working knowledge of Part FCL/ORA, CFR Part 61, 135, and 142 regulations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to implement global policies locally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
