What you will do

• Lead and develop a specialist Media Operations team.
• Define and implement operating models, SLAs, and support frameworks.
• Own the performance and reliability of media platforms and services.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency improvements across workflows.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ensure reliable delivery across multiple international markets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience in media, broadcasting, telco, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience in technology operations or service delivery.
• Understanding of platform/service delivery in critical environments.
• Leadership or team mentoring experience.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
