What you will do

• Lead delivery of complex products through full lifecycle.
• Establish delivery cadence, planning, reporting and governance.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
• Engage senior stakeholders with clear communication on status and blockers.
• Coach delivery managers and teams to improve effectiveness.
• Work with suppliers, commercial and finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex technology products in Agile or Lean environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Lean practices and lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing suppliers, budgets and business value.
• Ability to resolve complex delivery risks and dependencies.
• Experience coaching delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Programme-level experience or managing multi-team dependencies.
• Work in public-sector, regulated or client-facing environments.
• Multidisciplinary teams in software, cloud, AI, data, product and QA.
