Data Delivery Manager (Insurance)

Location: Reigate, UK — hybrid working environment; flexible working location is limited to within the UK.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate resources and activities across delivery squads.
• Identify, report, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners to plan, track, and deliver data initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, prioritisation, and progress.
• Represent Data in wider delivery forums and maintain accurate delivery visibility.

Requirements

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with senior leaders and multiple teams.
• Experience in the insurance sector.
• A strong delivery mindset with organised, proactive planning.
• Experience delivering within data environments, including pipelines, management information, and analytics.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and high-paced delivery.
• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive progress.
