What you will do
- Manage day-to-day service delivery from third-party suppliers to ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Monitor service performance, identify risks, and act as the primary point of contact for operational issues.
- Coordinate and track multiple small initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain service performance reporting, including KPIs, volumes, and issue logs.
- Support the implementation of service improvements and changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deputise for senior colleagues and contribute to a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Greater London, UK.
- Experience in service delivery, operations, supplier management, or customer operations.
- Proven ability to work effectively with third-party suppliers or service partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in handling service data and performance metrics.
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
