What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated B2B demand generation programs across digital, paid media, content, webinars, events, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing.
- Translate business objectives and go-to-market priorities into measurable demand generation plans and audience/account targeting.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across engagement, pipeline, and revenue; improve targeting and conversion rates using testing and continuous optimization.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations on attribution, reporting, campaign measurement, and 6sense strategy.
- Build performance reporting (dashboards, recommendations) for marketing stakeholders and leadership.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve measurement and demand generation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Proven success driving engagement, pipeline growth, and business results through demand generation programs.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign planning, marketing channels, and demand generation best practices.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to drive optimization decisions.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Marketing Operations.
- Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
