What you will do
- Own and maintain Target Account Lists (TAL) globally, coordinating closely with Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Develop and evolve the annual integrated demand plan for the WDG vertical to achieve pipeline and revenue targets across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Orchestrate multi-channel, account-based demand programs, directing specialist functions such as Event Experience and Paid Digital Demand.
- Brief the Content Strategist on market context and audience insights to shape high-impact content for activation.
- Manage industry events across NAM and EMEA and define the overarching event strategy for the APAC region.
- Partner with SDR/BDR teams to develop WDG-specific outreach sequences and sales enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, or field marketing, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel programs that generate qualified pipeline and net new account acquisition.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), TAL management, and using intent data for prioritization.
- Experience operating globally across multiple regions (NAM, EMEA, and/or APAC).
- Strong working knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, Portugal.
