What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various corporate roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.

  • Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interviews with functional departments.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the application process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Southfield, Michigan, USA.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
