Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate): Managing full-cycle recruitment for professional and management roles within assigned US territories with an accent on sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management. Focus on executing hiring strategies for non-IT positions, ensuring legal compliance, and optimizing candidate experience.

Location: Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office in Roanoke, VA; Columbus, OH; or Tulsa, OK. Onsite Monday–Friday.

Salary: $37-43/hr (W2)

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify talent needs.
  • Manage recruitment for professional and management-level roles across assigned territories.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms for candidate management.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location (Roanoke, VA; Columbus, OH; or Tulsa, OK).
  • Experience recruiting for professional and management-level roles.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Energy, Gas, or Oil industries.
  • Experience with diversity recruiting and affirmative action planning.
  • Proven ability to improve onboarding and candidate experience.
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills.
