Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, specifically focusing on non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to build creative sourcing pipelines and match talent to career goals.
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.
