Salary: $22/hr (approx. $3,520/month)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and business objectives.
• Execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate the full interview process, including scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs within the ATS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide market insights and pipeline updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Tampa, FL
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience in a corporate recruiting environment.
• Expertise in proactive sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter.
