What you will do
- Manage products in assigned RBDC accounts, including assessing product needs and maintaining equipment condition.
- Drive sales, volume, and initiatives across off-premise retail partners and decision makers.
- Establish and maintain communication with DSMs, ASM I, and retail partners to implement local programming.
- Perform market analysis to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement SMART action plans.
- Teach ASM I selling skills through the selling process, including role plays, objection handling, and retail math.
- Collaborate with RBNA Sales and DP teams to develop and execute programs and support launch activities using daily tracking.
Requirements
- Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience as Account Sales Manager for at least 6 months.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- English required; additional languages are an advantage.
