TL;DR
Account Manager (Retail IoT): Developing and expanding the North American customer base for a retail IoT platform with an accent on business development and relationship management with buying groups. Focus on generating a robust sales pipeline, executing end-to-end sales cycles, and delivering technical demos.
Location: Hybrid (Coppell, TX, USA) - 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

What you will do
- Drive business development to create new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Cultivate relationships with buying groups, potential partners, and regional organizations.
- Execute the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead conversion to closing deals.
- Conduct online demos and face-to-face meetings with business owners.
- Manage and grow existing partnerships and support the DIY vertical.
- Participate in trade shows to expand the professional network.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of selling within the retail space.
- Experience managing the full end-to-end sales cycle and prospecting.
- Must be able to travel up to 70%.
- Experience working within a SaaS company.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is highly preferred.
