Salary: $103,800 – $148,100 USD (or CAD 110,800 – 158,200)

What you will do

• Manage multidiscipline projects from initiation to completion within budget and schedule constraints.
• Coordinate and coach project teams to improve performance, morale, and cooperation.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for project execution and implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through virtual and in-person meetings.
• Ensure project scope and quality standards are met while contributing to sales results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and project management.
• Must be work authorized in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
• Experience with food processing or packaging equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of dairy, beverage, cheese, and powder processing industries.
• Familiarity with industry regulatory standards (PMO, 3A, OSHA, CFR-113, UL, etc.).
