Senior Project Manager (P3 Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with additional availability in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Salary: CAD 145,000–180,000 per year, excluding bonuses, equity, benefits, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Lead technical advisory and project management services for public and private sector P3 infrastructure clients from procurement through implementation, financial close, construction, and completion.
• Review engineering solutions, technical documentation, environmental studies, site plans, construction programs, and project delivery proposals.
• Assess and manage project costs, schedules, commercial and technical risks, contingencies, performance, and lifecycle requirements.
• Advise government agencies, lenders, investors, project sponsors, municipalities, developers, and private-sector consortia on PPP processes, procurement routes, contracts, and financing mechanisms.
• Conduct or oversee field inspections, compliance reviews, quality and risk audits, valuations, and assessments of construction methods, materials, permits, and contract requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary bid teams, mentor junior staff, and support business growth, profitability, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• 11–15+ years of experience in P3 infrastructure advisory services.
• Professional Engineer designation.
• Deep understanding of P3 financing mechanisms, PPP development cycles, procurement, commercial contracts, and infrastructure project delivery.
• Strong business acumen, financial risk analysis, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and budget management experience.
• Knowledge of the construction industry in Canada and the United States, with the ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
