Senior Project Manager (P3 Infrastructure): Providing technical advisory and project management for public-private partnership infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, rail, and subways with an accent on procurement, risk analysis, cost/schedule control, and delivery from planning to completion. Focus on reviewing technical solutions, coordinating reviews, developing specifications, and ensuring compliance across project phases.
Location: Based out of Toronto, Ontario office (Hybrid)
Salary: $145,000–$180,000 CAD

What you will do
- Review, assess, and recommend technical solutions for P3 infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate technical reviews of engineering aspects, environmental impacts, risks, and site plans.
- Develop technical specifications and provide advisory from procurement to implementation for public/private clients.
- Track progress of multiple concurrent projects, focusing on scheduling, budgeting, bid reviews, and contingency usage.
- Conduct field inspections, liaise with agencies and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations and contracts.
- Support PPP processes, benchmarking, value for money reviews, and risk assessments for funders and sponsors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or comparable
- 11-15+ years in P3 Infrastructure Advisory Services; Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Deep understanding of P3 financing, risk analysis, procurement, and PPP processes
- Knowledge of construction industry in Canada & US; ability to read engineering drawings
- Proven strategic thinking, business acumen, and supervisory experience
