Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (Fintech): Leading cross-functional teams in a complex matrix environment to deliver technical projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies with an accent on project governance, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on coaching teams in Agile practices, ensuring project delivery within scope and budget, and driving continuous improvement across business lines.

Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. Role is hybrid, based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) until late 2026, then moving to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway).

Salary: $105,000 – $164,000 CAD annually plus discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget estimates, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams in a matrix environment, providing direction and ensuring adherence to governance standards.
• Manage day-to-day activities, identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and act as the central point of contact for business and technology teams.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and conduct continuous improvement reviews.
• Participate in vendor selection, RFP preparation, and statement of work evaluation.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project/Program Management or Scrum Master capacity.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• Extensive experience leading business and systems delivery teams using Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
