What you will do

• Lead facilities and real estate projects through all lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closeout, and handoff.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects by balancing priorities, resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and continuously improve project management methodologies, standards, tools, and best practices for the Facilities & Real Estate function.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, vendors, and leadership as the primary point of contact for status, risks, milestones, and decisions.
• Track project performance metrics, budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and milestone commitments; partner on RFPs, vendor selection, and contract compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• 5+ years of project leadership or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings; working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Intermediate or advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility projects.
• Experience supporting facilities, construction, real estate, infrastructure, or corporate transformation initiatives.
