TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (Japan): Driving the activation, adoption, and revenue growth of strategic hosting and service partners in the Japanese market with an accent on operationalizing partnerships and executing go-to-market strategies. Focus on reducing time-to-value, increasing partner-driven MRR, and ensuring long-term retention through proactive health monitoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Must be located in Japan and have the legal right to work in Japan.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end partner onboarding to ensure fast go-lives and reduce time-to-first-value.
  • Embed security solutions into partner workflows, sales motions, and support processes.
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to drive partner-driven MRR.
  • Monitor partner health and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Enable partner sales teams with positioning, messaging, and playbooks.
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally to provide regional insights.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management within SaaS, Hosting, or Cloud.
  • Proven experience working with partners in the Japanese market.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Japan.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in channel-based business models.
  • Ability to navigate cultural and business nuances in Japan.
