What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, leading up to 30 active projects simultaneously.
- Implement technical integrations including SSO and third-party tools, ensuring seamless platform environment setup.
- Deliver professional services and platform audits to the existing customer base.
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve the quality and speed of project delivery.
- Collaborate with Customer Success partners to provide functional and technical expertise.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional consulting experience in customer-facing roles (TAM, Technical Consultant, or L2/L3 Support).
- Experience deploying SaaS products, preferably within the HR domain.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs and SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
- Full professional proficiency in French, English, and German.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Proven project management skills with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
