Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid: must come to the office 3 times a week)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the technical delivery team in Japan, managing performance and career growth.
• Oversee the delivery of implementation projects, ensuring the build of high-quality interactive user experiences.
• Partner with enterprise customers' application owners to design solutions that resolve pain points and maximize product value.
• Coordinate resource allocation and manage customer escalations in collaboration with Account Management.
• Develop implementation best practices and drive continuous process improvement using data inputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, developers, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success for enterprise SaaS.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team, including recruiting and talent development.
• Native-level Japanese and Business English proficiency.
• Ability to work from the Tokyo office 3 times per week.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to optimize implementations based on data.
• Proven experience managing team goals and partnering with leadership to improve collaboration.

• Previous experience with the hirify.global platform or similar user guidance and onboarding tools.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
