TL;DR

Location: 4 days per week onsite in Greenwich, South East London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of multiple business-critical software applications.
- Act as the primary technical and business contact for supported systems.
- Manage third-party suppliers, software vendors, and support partners.
- Lead application upgrades, enhancements, and release planning.
- Drive continual service improvement and manage incident/problem root cause analysis.
- Produce application roadmaps, service reporting, and ensure licensing compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in Application Management or Software/Application Support leadership.
- Proficiency in ITIL principles, Change, and Release Management.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Must be able to work 4 days per week onsite in Greenwich.
Nice to have
- Understanding of SQL.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
