Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of multiple business-critical software applications.
• Act as the primary technical and business contact for supported systems.
• Manage third-party suppliers, software vendors, and support partners.
• Lead application upgrades, enhancements, and release planning.
• Drive continual service improvement and manage incident/problem root cause analysis.
• Produce application roadmaps, service reporting, and ensure licensing compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in Application Management or Software/Application Support leadership.
• Proficiency in ITIL principles, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Must be able to work 4 days per week onsite in Greenwich.
